Founder & Director
Sunil Kumar Rameshrao Isad has been heading administration in MTI. He is a Post graduate of Amravati University and holds a Advance Training Institute Technology from Mumbai. He has 22+ years of experience in the Automation technology ,vocational education, and skill development field and promotes vocational and entrepreneurial training to youths on a mass scale. He also worked on the implementation of various skill development projects. He has a dynamic personality and has grass-root to managerial operational experience. He cherishes a dream to see MTI grow into a 'best-in-class’ education & skilling organization. His commitment and dedication drive his team to work at their best potential.
Vijaya S Shekar
Managing Director
She is belonging member of Shivaji Shikshan Sansta , Amravati. She is strongly participate in social work. She is post graduate from Amravati University. She has completed health care diploma also. She is from education field by birth. She also worked on the implementation of various skill development projects to NGO. She has 10+ years of experience in the Social work .She has a dynamic personality of managerial operational experience and empowering the rural women’s. His passion is to keep the workforce at MTI engaged so that they may grow professionally and deliver exceptional quality.

Mahaveer Bajrang Rupnawar has been heading operations in MTI. He is an IT in Computer Technology and Post Graduate from Sholapur University. He has 10+ years of experience in the industrial and technical education field. He also worked on the implementation of various skill development projects. He has a dynamic personality of managerial operational experience. His passion is to keep the workforce at MTI engaged so that they may grow professionally and deliver exceptional quality.
